This section of the 12th SITE SANTA FE International is situated in the Museum’s distinctive Klah Gallery and features the works of artists Cristina Flores Pescorán, Raven Halfmoon, Sky Hopinka, and Emmi Whitehorse. An expansive, site-specific installation by Nora Naranjo Morse emerges from the center of the unique interior space of the gallery.
Gestural In Form showcases over twenty-five dynamic works by Virgil Ortiz (Cochiti Pueblo) from the 1980s–2020s, plus a bountiful selection of his family’s work, from the collections of the Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian and private lenders.
