VIRTUAL Artist Conversation: Waddie Crazyhorse (Cochiti)
Live from his studio in Osaka, Japan
Tuesday, Oct 14 | 5pm Local Santa Fe Time
Registrants will receive an email with instructions on how to join. (See link below)
Waddie Crazyhorse, a third-generation Cochiti silversmith, is now working at this new studio Japan.
Waddie trained under his father Cippy Crazyhorse, and is a historian of his grandfather’s work Joe H. Quintana (1915-1991). Waddie’s work draws on the elegant style and mastery that characterize his family’s work.
Now settled in Osaka, we join Waddie live to understand his journey, his insights, and how this experience is influencing his work.
