Once Within a Time, the 12th SITE SANTA FE International is now open.
Aligned with the Wheelwright Museum of American Indian’s commitment to exhibiting contemporary Indigenous artists, this section of the 12th SITE SANTA FE International is situated in the Museum’s distinctive Klah Gallery and features the works of artists Cristina Flores Pescorán, Raven Halfmoon, Sky Hopinka, and Emmi Whitehorse. An expansive, site-specific installation by Nora Naranjo Morse emerges from the center of the unique interior space of the gallery.

In a first, this iteration of the International will extend beyond SITE SANTA FE to more than a dozen locations across the city, including the Wheelwright Museum.
Curated by Cecilia Alemani, the 12th International includes more than 300 artworks made from 1926 to the present. More than half of the participating artists are presenting new commissions that engage directly or indirectly with the experiences and lore of the figures of interest.
