Muskett, a self-taught Navajo weaver, began his artistic career as a child by helping his maternal grandmother make Navajo dolls. He later became interested in working with wool. Noted for his sash and rug weaving, he uses all natural dyes and churro wool. Muskett has won a SWAIA Fellowship, a Native Arts Program Fellowship from the Nation Museum of the American Indian, and 1st Place for Traditional Sashes, 1st Place for Miscellaneous Non-Traditional Textiles, and Best of Division in Non-Traditional Textiles at Santa Fe Indian Market.
