Monitor Silent Auction items after setup on Thursday
Greet visitors and potential bidders prior to Auction

Volunteer Check-In/Greeters

Check-in volunteers, hand out badges, and direct volunteers to their positions
Greet visitors
1 volunteer needed Thursday, 2 volunteers needed Friday

Data Collector (Survey)

Collect information from visitors via short survey
1 volunteer needed each day

Bid Cards

Assign live and silent auction bid cards to interested bidders
2 volunteers needed Thursday/2 volunteers needed Friday

Table Runner

Collect “Buy It Now” sheets and deliver to cashier
4 volunteers needed Thursday

Textile Assistant

Stand near rug display and assist in viewing rugs
2 volunteers needed Friday

Live Auction Table Host

Stand/sit at table and show/discuss Live Auction items
15-20 volunteers needed. Relief provided

Relief Shift

Relieve table hosts for breaks and meals as needed
2-4 volunteers needed
